The first developments and productions were made with conventional PCB boards. However, when low-wage competition from the Far East emerged, Reinstadler changed his approach and from then on produced hybrid constructions on ceramic boards.
As the company’s founder Egon Reinstadler has over 45 years of experience in electrical engineering and draws on a rich fund when he acts as a consultant. He studied in Bologna and after working as a teacher and sales representative for components, he soon embarked on the path of an independent entrepreneur.
The junior boss has also been working in the family business for 20 years and has always been interested in electrical engineering. He already programmed the assemblers in middle school and studying electrical engineering in Padova was a natural extension of his passion for electronics. Wilhelm Reinstadler develops layouts and circuit diagrams and is primarily responsible for production and quality management in day-to-day business. Customer-specific developments are his passion.
Planning and Production
Has been involved in the organization of the company for more than 5 years and is mainly concerned with the planning and division. In production, Anna Reinstadler is also responsible for manufacturing the winding components for the DC/DC converters.
